OENOVEGAN® EPL is a synergistic combination of a pea protein and yeast protein extracts that optimizes clarification.
OENOVEGAN® EPL allows for good clarification both by flotation and by static clarification, AS WELL AS a decrease in oxidized (bitter) and easily oxidizable polyphenols, preserving the varietal characteristics of the must.
